April 23, 2006. The Yorkhamfest Foundation with assistance of the Penn Mar Radio Club and the Hilltop Transmitting Society held it's Springfest 2006 at the 4H club building in York, PA. There was a small outdoor flea market area and a small indoor flea market. I hadn't attended the York Hamfest for many years and my rememberance was of a giant two day fest with hundreds of sellers and buyers. This fest was a mear shadow of the original fest from years ago. I was fortunate enough to meet a couple of AM'ers that I talk with on the radio, so it made the fest a pleasant event. There were no boatanchors for sale at this hamfest.

6: I was surprised and delighted to see my AM friends: John W3JN, Frank KB3AHE, Frank's XYL Carol (now KB3OMT) and a fellow I never met before: Ed N3LHB.
7: Another of Frank's friends who I had never met before was Bill KA3VID.
8-9: I made another round of the outdoor area with Frank KB3AHE and friends before departing.
10: With all the 'important' nets on 75 meters, how come there is no 'Swine Club' net ?.
